We clean up the broken glass
If the windscreen has shattered, you don't need to clean it up. We do that for you.
We vacuum the broken glass from the dash, seats and floor, taking care not to scratch the interior.

STEP 2 of 5
We remove the damaged windscreen
We cut the old windscreen out without damaging the paint, trims or dashboard.
If you have a toll tag on the glass, we move it to the new windscreen for you.

We replace the seals
New rubber seals and mouldings are part of our standard service, so the new windscreen sits properly and stays watertight.
They are included in the price we quote.

We bond the new windscreen in place
The windscreen is bonded to the body with automotive glass adhesive.
How long it needs before you can drive depends on the adhesive and the weather on the day, so your technician tells you the safe drive-away time before they leave.

We fit the windscreen specified for your vehicle, with the right sensor and camera mounts. All glass we supply complies with the Australian Vehicle Standard for safety glazing.

Many newer vehicles have a forward camera behind the windscreen that runs lane keeping, automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control. Where the manufacturer requires it, we recalibrate the camera after the new glass goes in.
